Crossroads Sports Complex Adds Beverage Sponsor:
The village board approved a three-year, $15,000 sponsorship agreement with Breakthru Beverage for the Crossroads Sports Complex. In exchange for the financial support, the beverage distributor will receive a digital marketing package and opportunities for on-site brand activations at the facility. This is the latest in a series of successful sponsorship deals for the new complex.
Surety Reductions and Releases Approved:
The board approved a surety reduction for completed improvements on Spencer Road west of Gougar Road. A purchase of six programmable garage door transmitters for the Crossroads Sports Complex was approved by the board. The transmitters, which cost a total of $998, will be purchased from United Door & Dock for use on the overhead maintenance garage doors at the new facility.

Mayor Tim Baldermann announced that there will not be a Council of the Whole meeting in September. These work-session style meetings are typically held on the second Monday of the month but are scheduled on an as-needed basis. Regular board meetings will continue as scheduled.
